This FRAUD ALERT is to notify the public that the McGodfred Foundation does not solicit funds, raise money, nor sends out emails, text messages or makes phone calls to individuals, companies or organizations requesting for charity donations. The McGodfred Foundation is fully funded and supported by the McGodfred Family, the McGodfred Holdings Corporation and its autonomous subsidiary companies.
Any claim by any person or organization that they are representing the McGodfred Foundation and are requesting for charity donations on behalf of the McGodfred Foundation by email, text messages or by phone calls must be treated as FRAUD and be immediately reported to law enforcement authorities. The McGodfred Foundation will not be held liable for any FRAUD perpetrated in its name without first verifying any such fundraising requests from our offices.
